A pure cold build centered around Frozen Orb. The orb flies forward spraying ice bolts in all directions, dealing massive cold damage in a wide area. Simpler and more active than Blizzard, with instant damage and kiting-friendly mechanics. Perfect ladder starter.

Play Style
Teleport near monster packs, cast Frozen Orb aimed through the center of the pack. The orb flies forward spraying ice bolts — enemies hit by both the orb and bolts take maximum damage. Static Field bosses to 50%, then Orb + Ice Blast spam. Kite backwards while casting for safety.
Mercenary
Act 2 Offensive or Defensive (Holy Freeze for control) — Insight for mana. Upgrade to Infinity in late endgame to break Cold Immunes. Without Infinity, avoid Cold Immune areas.
